Refund

    We purchased an upgrade to Premium yesterday (5/29/2016) for $99. Unfortunately we were not able to use it (we were trying to migrate a friend’s website that was using a premium theme which was not obvious at first and required a significant fee) and we requested a refund today (5/30/2016). The refunded amount was only $86 though. Why? Can you please refund the full amount of $99 to the card? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I’ve just refunded the remaining $13 for you. It looks like it was originally retained as payment for domain mapping. But I can see that’s been cancelled too so a full refund is on the way! Let me know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
