Refund
-
Hi, I purchased a WordPress pro account for $99, realized it’s a little above my head, and cancelled it and requested a refund. I was only refunded $86 of the $99. I just wanted to know why that was. Thank you.

Did you retain the domain URL for use on another site?

Thanks for the response timethief. No, I already had a domain name that I pay for through a separate webhost. I mapped it to the WordPress site, but there is no charge for that since I purchased WordPress pro.

Alright, since you don’t need domain mapping, I’ve went ahead and refunded the other $13. Should be on your statement within a couple days!

Thank you both! Although I’m not going to be using WordPress, I was very satisfied with the customer experience.
