Refund

  I recently contacted you regarding a charge of £11 that had been made on Mottom.co.uk for domain mapping having switched to GoDaddy and having switched off auto renew. I was told that a refund would be issued in 3-4 weeks to my Barclaycard. Having looked at this account the £11 payment is pending and could push my balance over the limit. It looks like the money has not been taken yet and is pending. If as advised the money has been refunded and this is the pending payment that is fine, however I suspect this is the withdrawal of funds. If this is so can you cancel the withdrawal from my account because if I incur any charges I will expect reimbursement. Thanks for your help.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm that the refund has been issued and there is no pending charge on your card from our side anymore. However, the charge might still appear on your statement until your bank finishes processing the refund. This usually takes around 5-10 business days, but varies depending on the bank.
