  I purchased a premium plan for $99 but decided to cancel it a few minutes later and it only refunded $86. Is there a reason for this? I couldn’t see one anywhere.

  Hi there,

  I’ve refunded the remaining $13, but I see you’ve also bought another Premium Plan for the same site. Was that intentional?
