    I was just charged $26 for madeforeden.com – I can’t even remember that. I think it was an automatic renewal, but I don’t want it any more. And my husband just got a job last week after being unemployed for 16 months, sooo… every penny counts. I don’t understand why the email come AFTER the charge, rather than a warning email BEFORE the charge… I think that’s really, really sneaky and mean. I no longer have access to the backend of that site or the email that goes with it (???) – how can we close that site and get a refund? Thanks.

    I did the stuff in the link. Before i put this question up. It literally tells me that I cannot cancel. I have started a dispute with paypal. This is ridiculous.

    I just got access to the email that went with the website and, as you can see from above, to the madeforeden backend – there were several warning emails in that email. So I rescind the “mean” comment. :( I’m sorry. I realized that the email that came to my email was from paypal, not wordpress – wordpress did send the warnings to the address they had.

    But still… I should be able to cancel these things… And I don’t seem to be able to…

    Yes, I emailed the accounting department, which address I got from PayPal. They got me help. I really wish Happiness Engineers were more accessible.
