  The amount of the refund shown in my account is smaller then what I paid when purchasing services. How can I fix this?

  to explain a little further:
  Today I’ve bought the wordpress premium upgrade for 99€.
  In the evening I cancelled it but on the refund it says 73€ will be refunded.

  I’ve also bought the google-apps for my own e-mail adress and this I also cancelled. So I received two notofications about the refund. In both of them the google-apps-email purchase is listed. But the amount of them together is 121 and not 147 like I paid today. Not sure I did something wrong in the cancel & refund process.

  Any help appreciated.

  It looks like you weren’t refunded for the domain portion of your upgrade. I have processed a refund for the remaining amount now, and you should be receiving it in a few days.
