  I need a refund for the payment just taken for £85. I dont use this and need to cancel it

  Hi there,

  You could have cancelled your plan for a full refund from the Purchases page by clicking a single button, and the refund would have been back in your account in about a week.

  Instead it appears you have now disputed the charge with your bank, in the process accusing us of fraud. Please be aware that this means your site is now suspended and you will need to pay a $20 chargeback fee to reactivate your site. You will also need to wait for our payment provider and your bank to resolve the dispute, which will take about 80 days before you will receive your money back.

  If you cancel the dispute with the bank we might be able to resolve this matter for you faster, but unfortunately not as fast as it would have been if you’d only waited a few hours for a reply after posting this thread.
