I want a refund for a domain I was charged for. The domain name is blazr.co. Its not showing up on my account but it autorenewed. I am unable to access the domain in my account and I don’t know for sure which email its connected to but I think its (email visible only to moderators and staff). The purchase was for $318 and the paypal transaction ID is [redacted by staff]. It was apparently renewed today, but I want a refund immediately. Like I said I have no idea how to access this domain, as it keeps saying it’s not associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I got the email notification sent to that email.

Your post went here because the account you’re logged in doesn’t own any paid upgrades, and this forum is where support is provided for free sites.
The Business Plan site you’re trying to access is under a completely different WordPress.com username account, associated with a different email address.
You’re getting domain-related notifications at your Gmail address associated with this account, because that’s the email provided for the domain contact information when the domain was registered. But the WordPress.com account that actually owns the domain is associated with a different email, and that other email is the one you need to use to log into the correct account.
