  I have changed my website to a new provider. How do I receive a refund for the prepaid months I will not be using. I believe it is 9 months of service that I will not be using.

  These are too far past our refund window, so we cannot issue a refund for them: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

  If you’d like, we can return the paid plan to your account for the remainder of its term.
