Hello, I am a former subscriber, but I have recently decided to no longer use my site. When I was recently charged my annual charge, I requested a refund. I have a receipt for my refunds, which were in the amounts of $96 and $18. Unfortunately, I was still charged the $18 in my bank account, but the $96 was refunded. I would like to inquire about the status of my $18 refund. Best Regards, David Goodnough

Hi there, both of those were processed as reversals, so they should have been removed from your account.
Let us know:
– Are you still able to see the transaction ID on your transaction? If so, copy that and let us know; we’ll reach out privately for it to confirm it’s the same initial transaction. It should be several letters and numbers, and it will say it’s the ID.
– Can you also contact your bank to see if there’s any chance it just hasn’t refreshed in your account yet?
