Hello I just found a payment of $13 to wordpress account :

when I searched I came across the invoice related to a domain I don’t recall ever activating. The manage purchases help section did not help since none of the upgrades have been activated.
Why was I charged? and How do I get a refund?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That amount is the exact amount of a domain mapping upgrade renewal.
Do you have another username account?
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Do you happen to know if you have another WordPress.com account? Or, as @Timethief mentioned, do you happen to know the domain URL that was mapped?
To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
