    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?

    4. When was the upgrade purchased? I did not buy the upgrade, it came to me automatically via paypal, without having asked for a renewal.
