On August 3rd I spoke with Sarah from live chat support about my cancellation and refund for domain redirection. She was able to cancel this service and said that refund will appear within a few days but still nothing have happened. When could I expect this to happen please?

Refunds usually take 7-10 days, so I would say that if you haven’t seen anything by next Monday, contact us back and we’ll see if anything went wrong in processing the refund.

Will someone take responsibility and sort thing out? I still haven’t got my money back 15 days later. And what is the worst, there is no way to get support except this forum because I am no longer premium user cause upgrade I didn’t want is canceled and ofc refund is NOT DONE! So, would you really take my money and just ignore me knowing that I can’t do anything about this situation?

According to our records, a renewal for your site redirect upgrade was started on August 3, but when you contacted us that renewal was voided before the transaction could complete, so from what I can see you were never actually charged. We stopped the transaction before money was taken out of your account.
The transaction that appears on your statement is a hold that was placed on your card in preparation for the renewal. That should have been removed by now. If it hasn’t, you please need to follow up with your bank as they are in control of that.
I apologise if my colleague did not make it entirely clear how this process worked.
