  Hello & good evening, I am contacting you guys because it been over weeks and I haven’t gotten a refund of my money. Please let me know what is going on?

  The refunds are processed on our end. Have you contacted your banking institution and inquired if they know what is going on?

  Can I contact someone about this because I recently called my banking and they told me they havent gotten anything from this company. I am tired of emailing and trying to contact you guys and getting no respond on my refund. Please contact me at

  Hi there,

  If you go to the billing history page you will see a receipt for the refund with a PayPal transaction number. Please contact PayPal directly using that number as a reference to enquire about the refund.

  We gave them instruction to issue the refund on 29 June already, but the process of returning the funds to your account is between them and your bank/credit card company.
