    Hi, I requested a refund and got half of it it remained a refund for domain, it’s been more then 15 days and still haven’t received checked with my bank there is no transaction.. please let me know if you are going to refund me

    398.00 TL was sent as a refund on February 16.

    Our records show this was processed by your credit card provider as a reversal, meaning the original charge should have simply been removed.
