I just realized that you’re referring to a refund regarding a purchase from WooCommerce.com.
If you aren’t able to locate that refund in your bank statement, please provide your bank with the transaction ID that’s present in the refund receipt so that they can find it.
You can find your refund receipt by going to WooCommerce.com > Account > Orders
