Hi there,
We issued your refund immediately when you cancelled your upgrade on 3 August, but we don’t control how long our payment provider, PayPal, or your bank takes to process it on their end. If you haven’t received it yet, I suggest you contact your bank to follow up with them. You can also contact PayPal directly, using the transaction ID in the refund receipt as a reference.
