Hey there,
I cancelled my membership but still have not received my refund from WordPress. I received an email advising i would’ve received it by now.
Can someone please help :) Thanks!

“You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.”

https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/If it has been longer than the above stated time frame, please add the modlook tag to this post so that someone on Staff can look in to this for you. You will see the option to add a tag on the right hand side of your screen. Type the word “modlook” then add. Please be patient while waiting for someone on Staff to get back with you.

Hi there,
When you cancelled the domain mapping, did you receive an email confirmation? You should have received a receipt with a transaction ID if it went through.
It looks like the refund was never processed, so I’ve processed it now. You can print out the receipt for your records here:

Threads like this you can always tag for us, even if only so we can check the refund was issued correctly. Still answer as you did, but we’re happy to follow up and make sure :)
