Hi there,
Refunds usually take up to 10 business days, but if you haven’t received it after that time you need to please contact your bank as there could be a delay in processing it on their end.
I can confirm that we’ve already issued refunds for both your plan and your theme.

I have not gotten the refund for the plan back yet. I got the refund for the theme, but not the plan.

Both upgrade have been refunded. You can see receipts for those refunds on the billing history page, here:

If you haven’t yet received the refund, please follow up with your bank as this delay is on their end. Once we issue the refund from our system we have no further control over the process. You can use the PayPal transaction reference on the receipt as a reference when speaking to your bank.
