    I canceled my Personal Plan and asked for a refund. Where will the refund be made? The card I used is a virtual card that can be used only to make payments and be safe online. I want the refund to be directed to my Paypal account or to my bank account. How do I do that?

    Hi there,

    The refund has already been issued. You can view the receipt for the refund on your billing history page:

    https://wordpress.com/me/billing/

    Refunds are made to the same card or account that was used to make the purchase. If that’s not possible with the card you used, you need to sort that out with the bank that issued the card. You can use the PayPal transaction number on your receipt as a reference of the transaction.
