I requested a refund for a domain mapping and I haven’t received my refund into my account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Refunds have time limits. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

We need details please.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it? Which upgrade was purchased?
4. When was the upgrade purchased? When was the refund requested? -
Hi there,
It looks like our system had added credits to your account instead of issuing a refund, but that was fixed earlier today and you should receive a refund within the next 10 business days.
You can view a receipt for the refund on your billing history page, here:
