  Hello! I issued a refund over a month ago that still hasn’t gone through — is there anyone that could help me with this? I can’t seem to find a number to call.

  Hi! I can confirm you were refunded on about Feb 5 (though that would likely appear a few days later than the 5th). It was sent in two separate transactions, though: one for $22.00 and the other for the rest of the balance.

  Can you check with your bank to see if they’re able to find those? We can provide ARNs if needed.
