    I was hoping that I am still able to get a refund even though I cancelled one day after the deadline. I didn’t read the policy until this morning and I cancelled last night.

    That’s close enough, yes. :)

    I have sent the refund, and depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
