  Do you have a question regarding the refund for the upgrade you cancelled around an hour ago?

  Note that refunds take around ten business days to appear in your account, and that further depends on processing times at your bank. If you didn’t pay through a US bank, the refund could take longer to appear.

  The refunds were already processed on our end, so we can’t cancel those, but you can go ahead and repurchase the plan, and we’ll restore the domain for you. We’ll only be able to do that within a few days, though, so the sooner you decide, the better.

  When purchasing a plan, skip the domain registration part. Once you’re done, comment here or reach out via https://wordpress.com/help/contact, and we’ll restore your domain.
