  why did you refund part and not full for $99.00 and $299

  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it? Which upgrade was purchased?

  hconegroup.wordpress.com.
  August 27 2016 charged $99 but refunded 86

  August 25 2016 charged$299 refunded $286 I need full refund for both transactions
