I have requested a full refund for my site and mapped domain, I haven’t heard back from customer support after three emails. I submitted the request within 48 hours… I want my money back WordPress.com…. and now the only ‘customer support’ I can find is through this forum. Seriously?

The system notified me that someone else had initiated the refund earlier. SO, you should be able to receive it within 5-7 days.
