  I have requested a full refund for my site and mapped domain, I haven’t heard back from customer support after three emails. I submitted the request within 48 hours… I want my money back WordPress.com…. and now the only ‘customer support’ I can find is through this forum. Seriously?

  I will add the modlook tag for you so that someone on Staff can take a look at your account. Please be patient, as there has been a delay in response time while Staff are/were attending their once a year meet up. They are still keeping an eye on things, so don’t fret.   The system notified me that someone else had initiated the refund earlier. SO, you should be able to receive it within 5-7 days.
