Hi, I cancelled my site mapping and was told I would be refunded the $13 that was charged on 08/28/2016, although I am yet to receive a refund. Please process the refund and let me know when complete. I was not aware this was a reoccurring charge & did not authorize that transaction.

It looks like the refund wasn’t processed correctly. I’ve processed it now and you should receive it in about 10 business days.
Thanks for trying to help, but typing “modlook” as a reply doesn’t do anything. In future, please add it as a tag in the tags area to the right of the thread instead.
