  Hi there,
  My refund has not yet come through. It was accepted on the 27th of september and its now the 11th of October. My cancellation email said it would take up to 7days.
  What’s going on?

  Hi @ladykillerlife, we processed the refund on the 27th, and it can take a few days for your bank to route it back to your account. If you still do not see it, can you contact your bank or card company to see if something went wrong in routing?
