Refund

    Hi,
    I purchased this domain twice yesterday. The first time I asked for a refund for a mistake I made. Then I asked to reinstate, but after more thought, felt it was the wrong domain name for the content to be created.

    I went ahead and deleted the domain, but didn’t see a button to get a refund this time around. Would that still be possible? It is definitely within the 96 hours by any standard. I apologize however for my indecision; It is my first attempt at a website.

    You didn’t see a refund option, because you paid via a manual payment link the second time instead of going through the checkout page.

    I’ve processed that refund for you manually now. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
