There are not any active upgrades on the account that you’ve contacted us from. Perhaps you have more than one account?
When logged in to the account that owns an upgrade, you will be able to cancel it from Manage Purchases. A refund will automatically be issued if it meets this criteria. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to post back into your account.
