  Due to lack of fund I had to cancel my plan upgrade, I was charged £100 but only refunded £84? My plan has been cancelled and my domain name has gone, so why hasn’t the domain name refunded?

  I see your domain thescepticle.co.uk still excists and redirects to your site https://thescepticisle.wordpress.com/

  Hi @scepticisle030917, you were charged for your domain.
  I see that it was renewed at 18th April? If it’s been less than 96hours you can ask refund for you domain.

  Hi there!

  I understand that you’re referring to the domain thescepticisle.co.uk, right? As @staartmees mentioned, it has not been canceled, so there was no refund issued.
  If you log into the account where you registered the domain (it’s not the one you’re using to post here), you’ll be able to cancel it. Remember, however that canceled domains are not immediately released, and you may lose yours forever. If your idea was to move to another host, it’s best to transfer the domain instead.
