  I was due a refund in Dec and still have not received it?

  You cancelled the purchase before the payment had fully processed, so WordPress.com never received those funds to begin with. Your bank would have likely processed the transaction as a reversal instead of a credit on your bank statement.

  With all bank transactions, an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) is assigned to each transaction when funds are transferred between one organization to another. For your purchase, since the purchase was cancelled before the funds were transferred, there was no ARN issued.

  You would need to reach out to your bank and have them investigate the issue – what likely happened was that the original charge disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

  Since WordPress.com never received those funds from your bank initially, your bank will need to investigate this for you.
