  Hello WordPress team.
  I make a cancellation on my account last month and confirm refund with one of your teammate. Unfortunately as so far, I didn’t receive any refund on my credit card.
  How long is the process?

  Aloha caracolgems, The refunds can take about a week to show up after processing.

  I have added the modlook tag so a staff member can assist you with your refund.

  Hello –

  Thanks for getting in touch. I see that a refund for $199 was issued on 9/2/16. The refund would have been processed back to the account that originally made the payment.

  Please let me know if you are still unable to locate the refund.
