  I canceled my domain a half a hour ago and i don’t receive the email to confirm. i also don’t see my refund in my buying history. Can you please tell me what to do or can you send me the mail. And ofcorse i would like my refund. i canceled my domain within the 48 hours. ( the domain i canceled: amberfrederieke.com)

  Refunds
  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.   I did everything as the website says it. I did the steps that you say i have to di..why don’t i get the email to confirm my canceling? Why don’t i see the refund on the transactions page in wordpress? (normaly it is directly there). Please help me

  Know that you will not get an instant reply from Staff. This is the weekend and there are many threads tagged for them that were tagged before this one.

  Staff to work their way forward through threads that were tagged for their help prior to this one as would be expected. They respond to the threads with the earliest datestamps first and work their way forward to the most recent ones.
