  i just made an account and site and was charged 35 dollars for it. I changed my mind suddenly and decided I don’t want to avail of this service anymore. I cancelled and tried to refund everything but I was only refunded for 9 dollars? Can someone pls help? My account/site hasn’t even been up for more than three hours

  Hi there, Did you register a custom domain name as a part of your purchase? If so, do you now want to cancel that custom domain name purchase as well.

  Please note that if you wish to use the domain name even on a different web host, you should not cancel the domain in order to purchase it somewhere else. New domain registrations are locked for 60 days as per ICANN regulations. https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/

  Hi yes, i wish to cancel the purchase of the domain name as well. Please advise how this will happen and if I will be reimbursed the same amount I paid
