    I need to ensure I am receiving a full refund as I was not aware at all that I was on auto pay.

    $102 was sent today, and depending on your credit card provider, can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

    We are not able to issue the refund for the $28 portion that covered the renewal of the circulus.life domain, as that had passed the refund window: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

    If you’d like, we can restore that domain to your account, and you’ll be able to either use it here, direct it to another hosting provider, or transfer it to another domain registrar.
