  I was suppose to get a refund of 9600 due to my cancellation
  But instead of that due pay on my credit card of the same amount so I don’t understand what’s going on

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-05-02. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
