Refund

    I spoke with Raul on October 24th about an incorrect purchase I made and he said that he refunded me back the money but I never received the refund

    Hi there,

    I am adding the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on staff can follow up with you.

    “You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.”

    The refund was processed on 10/24 and it usually takes 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account. This is day 7, so you should receive the refund any day now. Please check back with us at the end of the week if you do not see anything posted.
