  Hi,

  I was granted a refund on the 17th of October – and was told it would reach my account within 5-7 working days – but am yet to receive the funds?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do see that a refund was issued to your account on 10/17 for $129.

  Sometimes, there can be a delay with your bank releasing the funds back to your account. Have you been in touch with your bank about this yet?

  Also, the refund will be processed to the original account that was used for payment.
