    Hi, i’m trying to talk to someone about my refund, i cancelled my account on oct 18th, but the debit is on my credit card bill, and the refund was not processed.
    So, how im gonna get the refund?

    Hello –

    I see that we issued a refund of $99 on 10/28/16. Typically, this should only take up to 7 business days to reach your account. Sometimes, the bank can delay the process. Have you been in touch with them?
