I want a refund on my plan. It cost $99. I already have another account with wordpress. I want this refund back. Cancel this plan

Hi there,
We are not able to refund you as on 7 November you filed a dispute with your bank for the charge. If you hadn’t filed the dispute we could have refunded you immediately, but by filing a dispute with your bank you have accused us of committing fraud so now there are legal processes that need to be followed.
You will only receive a refund once your bank concludes their investigation, at which point they will return your payment. This can take several weeks.

I had created a dispute through paypal. I took the dispute down so there is no investigation. Could you now please refund me. Thank you

Thank you for cancelling the dispute. Usually it can take a while before we can confirm that, but it looks like the notification came through from PayPal already so I’ve been able to issue your refund.
Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but you can view a receipt for the refund, including a PayPal transaction ID for it, in your billing history:
