  Hi there,

  I requested a refund for the domain mapping renewal on the 4th of November, but nothing has come through as of yet. I just wanted to check that this is being processed?

  Hello –

  It looks like the refund did not process due to a glitch. I have manually processed this refund for 11 euro. It should appear in your account within 7 business days.
