  my refund is still pending it should have been in my paypal days ago and i need that money to pay insurance….please process it today thanks

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  I see that there was a refund processed on 11/10 for $35.88. It could take up to 7 business days for the funds to post into your account.

  i wanted to speak to an actual person who worked for wordpress lol but it gave me no option. I did not buy a domain i bought a template and then got a refund which is still not processed

  All of the support for WordPress.com is offered online. There is not phone support. You can access support via wordpress.com/help/contact/

  The only purchase made from this account is for WordPress.com Personal Plan in the amount of $35.88. Perhaps you have another user account that was used for the theme purchase? Or did you purchase it through a different vendor?

  You can add the charge details into https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and find out exactly what it was for.

  We have no control over how long the refund will take to process back through your bank. I can tell you that the refund was initiated on 11/10/16 and that it should post back to your account within 7 business days.
