    I have been waiting for my refund for 10days! Am wondering why I haven’t got the refund yet!

  • I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

    Hi there!i am writing pertaining the refund I have been chasing with WordPress for about 3 weeks now.
    I expected the refund to be finalised,it was suppose to take 10 days for me to receive the refund back in my account,

    I am still wondering when this case will be finalised.still waiting for the fund to be reimbursed.

  • Once the refund is processed on our end, it is out of our hands I’m afraid. Talking to your bank and asking them why it is taking so long to get the money into your account.

    Hi,I just can’t go to the bank start questioning them about the refund you have made to my account!! Do you have the evidence of the refund or a transaction receipt?please send that to me, without the evidence of the transaction the back won’t be able to assist me.i Suppose you know this,you just can’t go to the bank and question them about the transaction unless you provide evidence of what you are claiming about!with no evidence how are there going to be of help?

  • Actually, you should be able do just that. If you paid with a credit card, for example, you would call your credit card’s customer service line and say “There was a charge for $x from XYZ company that has been refunded. Can you look into why it has not appeared in my account yet?”

    Hi, will you please send me the prove that you have processed the refund!i actually I used my back card not credit card,the bank couldn’t assist me!just like l told you before,you made the refund,you should be the one to assist me!i have the evidence I purchased from WordPress,how about you sending me the refund detail showing that you have done the refund. I really can’t understand why it should be a back and forth game here!it just a simple refund. I don’t think the refund was made,if it was refunded it was going to be in the bank by now.you stop playing games with me and get my money back!!i have had enough of this!

  • @geesallpurposehandyman I’m not sure what evidence you would be looking for. We can confirm the funds have left our account.

    I personally went to the bank,there was no indication of what so ever showing the transaction of the refund you made!the only transaction was the one you debited for the website.i have a prove of purchase from WordPress,how about the prove of refund?how about a receipt showing the refund transaction WordPress has made to me?you should have systems that generate or keeps the record that you have made transaction to so and so!in stores when whenever goods are return back a receipt is provided,the receipt is the prove that you provided me when I perchased WordPress business plan!i wanna be sure that the refund has been made and I can be able to provide it to the taxation office and the bank!i just can’t rely on the word of mouth telling me that you have made the refund.send me the records the shows the refund was made e.g the invoice number,the date transaction was made,the card number to which the refund was made too etc.

  • I’ve just resent two email receipts, one with the initial partial refund, and the other with the remaining refund for just the domain mapping, which was done 10 days later.

    Are you missing both at your bank?

    Have you given the transaction IDs in the receipts to your bank so they can follow up?

    The moment we issue the refund on our end we don’t control the process any more. From there it’s up to your bank to process it and return the funds to your account. If you haven’t received it yet, it’s a problem on the bank’s end.
