I had to sign up for the 30 day free trial for a college course. I was not aware of the auto renewal, the charges to my account, or the domain fee. I would like to be refunded for the full amount I have paid over 5 months and for the domain fee since I have not used this account since about a week after I signed up for it and was unaware of these charges. You are no longer eligible for a refund of your domain because you canceled the upgrade earlier today, which is well outside the refund window. New domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. You can learn more about our refund policy here:
For your most recent monthly charge, it looks like you did cancel that within the 7 day refund period for monthly plans and were refunded the $14 charge in full. Previous monthly charges are outside the refund window. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
