  I missed that this was about to auto renew and we aren’t using it. It charged last week and I’d like a refund for the charge. I did just go in and cancel the auto renew for future but doesn’t help for what already got charged in April. The refund option didn’t show in my purchases but since it just renewed for another year a few days ago that doesn’t seem right

  Hi @jaimielnewman17, I was able to refund the hosting plan, but it’s too late to refund the domain.

  Would you like us to see if we can restore it so you can use it as you like for the next year, since you paid for it anyway? We should be able to get it back if we hurry. Otherwise, it will go into redemption soon.

  Thanks for refunding the plan. And yes please restore domain since it can’t be refunded at thos time.
