  Hi I am George i’ve asked for refund 2 weeks ago but didn’t get any.Any idea why?

  It looks like there was a mistake with processing your refund. Sorry about that.

  I’ve reprocessed it and it has now gone through correctly. I’ve also emailed you a receipt containing a reference number for this refund.
