  Hi, I have ask for a refund before this for my purchase. But I had been waited more than 2 weeks. There is no action from your side.

  Good Morning –

  I see that we processed the refund of $35.88 on 11/21/16. There may be a delay involving your bank, have you checked with them about the refund?

  Also, the refund may post on your statement as ‘resolved’ or the original charge may just disappear.
