  Hi,
  I am trying to get a refund on the purchase I made last Friday. This wasn’t what I was looking for and won’t be used.
  Is it possible to get a refund?

  What did you purchase from WordPress.COM?

  Refunds
  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Turns out this wasn’t what I was looking for and I’d like to be refunded if possible. Was an accidental purchase and never even used or initiated. I’m unable to reach anyone by phone to cancel and had no idea how to get through to cancel or refund. The site isn’t very user friendly.
  Please help.

  Hi there,

  Please don’t post transaction IDs in the forum. Those can be used to gain access to your account, and the forums are public meaning anyone on the internet can see it.

  Your domain was not refunded, as you cancelled your plan more than 48 hours after you added the domain, and the refund period on domains is only 48 hours. However, I’ve manually processed that refund now and you should receive it in about 10 business days.
