    Hi thelifeistasty (yes it is very tasty)!

    As stated on the refund page in the support area of WordPress.com:

    How will you refund my payment?

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    If it has not processed yet and has been more than 5-7 business days, I’ll also be tagging this with modlook just in case so we can get staff to verify the status for you.

    Howdy –

    I see that we processed a refund for $35.88 on 12/4/16. Lately, refunds have been taking a tad longer, and may take up to ten business days to process back in your account.

    It would be worth a call to your bank to ask about the refund and any possible delays on their end. Also, they may simply remove the original charge, or mark it as ‘resolved’ not necessarily as a ‘refund’.
